Understanding concrete delivery logistics
Concrete delivery in Zanzibar involves more than just getting a truck to site. The logistics chain includes batching plant scheduling, truck dispatch, route planning, site access, pour placement, and post-pour coordination. Failure at any point disrupts the pour and can waste material.
