Order & Delivery Information
Everything you need to know before placing your order.
Transport & Delivery
- Delivery included within 15 km from the batching plant.
- Additional transport is priced by ZanziCore for the delivery location.
- Delivery by transit mixer trucks (8–12 m³ capacity).
- Site access must accommodate a 25-tonne truck.
- Delivery window: 06:00 – 18:00, Monday to Saturday.
Concrete Pump Hire
- Pump service available for elevated or hard-to-reach pours.
- Boom-pump rates are supplied by ZanziCore with the quote.
- Line pump available for horizontal placements.
- Pump operator and fuel included in the rate.
- Client to confirm site access and setup area in advance.
Order & Scheduling
- Minimum 48 hours advance notice required.
- Confirm pour date, time, and volume at least 2 days before.
- Early morning slots fill fast — book early.
- Weekend deliveries available on request.
Payment Terms
- 100% advance payment after order confirmation.
- No credit terms without prior written agreement.
- Payment via bank transfer or mobile money.
- Invoices issued upon dispatch.
Taxes & Pricing
- All prices exclude 15% VAT.
- VAT will be added to the final invoice.
- Prices subject to change without notice.
- Volume discounts apply on bulk orders.
Cancellation & Returns
- Confirmed and produced concrete cannot be cancelled.
- No returns on delivered concrete.
- Any cancellation charge is confirmed in the ZanziCore-issued quote.
- Quality complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Quality Assurance
- Every batch is laboratory-tested for strength.
- Mix design certificates available on request.
- Concrete compliant with TBS and BS EN 206 standards.
- 28-day strength guaranteed per grade specification.
