Retaining Wall Concrete Formula
Base Volume = Length × Base Width × Base Thickness
Stem Volume = Length × Height × Average Stem Width
Calculate the base slab volume first, then the trapezoidal stem volume. For a tapering stem, average the top and bottom widths. Sum both volumes and add 5–10% waste for formwork tolerances.

Tapered stem
10m × 2.5m × 0.3m avg = 7.5 m³
Drainage
Include weep holes and drainage behind wall.
