How to Calculate
Concrete Volume Formula
Volume = Length × Width × Thickness
Multiply the length, width, and thickness (or depth) of the area to be poured to get the volume in cubic metres. Add a waste factor of 5–10% for spillage, uneven ground, and formwork tolerances.
Example
A 10 m × 8 m slab at 0.15 m thick = 12 m³
With 10% waste
12 × 1.10 = 13.2 m³
